Shipping Policy
- We currently ship to all states and territories within India . At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- We offer Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days to all our customers
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at support@resurgentnutrition.com. If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we only offer exchanges if there is a fault or defect with the item.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@resurgentnutrition.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange, including a description and photos of the fault or defect.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item if necessary.
- Ship the Item: If instructed to return the item, send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is found to be defective, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item.
